why do i keep getting logged out of my account

whenever i open the spotify browser, im always logged out, so i have to log in again every time i open spotify. this happens on my mac, so i tried opening spotify on another device (windows desktop) and it does the same. my phone doesn't have that problem though. i have no idea what's happening, so if anyone can help, that would be appreciated 🙂

Are you using an ad blocker with your browser? Not able to store cookies may prevent your devices from remembering your login status.
