why i can't download songs (on premium family plan) on my phone?

why i can't download songs (on premium family plan) on my phone?

i got a new family premium spotify plan but i can not download any song even if i put them in a playlist i think its a glitch because i can't find any answers to it.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
