why my payment is having a bad day even it doesn't

Hello! I'm having a trouble to subscript a month. and while I'm done putting my credit card information it said that my bank is having a bad day. it happened to me so many times and I talked to my bank teller if my card can transact in purchasing apps and purchasing subcription. I tried to purchase apps and it works. I did this in two credit cards, and one mobile number which has a lot of credit limit to purchase a year subscription, but still the same, i have no idea whats going on. Please help me to discover this problem. Thank you!

That doesn't look right! Can you clear your browser's cache/cookies memory and try again? Alternatively, you can try the process in an incognito window or another browser entirely.
