why some tracks are not available in Brazil?

I move it my account to brazil, and cant listen some tracks that i've been listened couple weeks ago. Why?
The artist not released the album in brazil yet? or what? I get a premium account, but still in trial test, is it because of this issue?

Could someone please help me?

Spotify content licensing varies between countries (since music is licensed per country or groups of countries normally), since Brazil is a new market you will probably find some content is not yet available there. It will improve given a little time as more labels and things come on board.
