wont let me cancel my subscription, says password incorrect

my password is right, i ahve even changed my password on facebook so i definately know and then entered that one in.

i can fill out the form for the subscription cancell, but it keeps saying the password is wrong! but its not! and when i try send the email for forgotten passwords, it doesnt arrive in my email address.

help!

You might want to try logging out of Facebook in your browser, then trying to cancel the subscription. Failing that, you could try using a different browser - Google Chrome, Safari, so on.
