Thus is the 2nd time thus has happened in 3 months. All my songs are on the phone but they're now faded and I can't play them. Please fix the problem. Aggravated.

Sounds like they've either been removed for licensing reasons or they're no longer synced for offline use - are you connected to the Internet? What error message do you see when trying to play one of those tracks?
