wrong email on another account

i have just signed up spotify premium for my sister using her uni email for discount, but on second looks the email is wrong, i put ".com" at the end of the email and not ".co.uk", then when she logs in she cant get in becuase she doesnt have the right password.... and now there is a card attached to this account which she cant access. is there anyway to cancel the whole thing? ive tried emailing spotify and on thier twitter acount but i get no reply!
