you charged my accounts three time this month.

I upgraded and added two additional users last month.   I got charged $10.85 to my credit card and again $21.71 to the same card.  Then another $21.71 to my paypal account.   I want the charges to go to my paypay account.  You will need to credit my credit card back the $10.85 and $21.71.

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.
