I received a text message in my phone saying "your spotify account has been deactivated. please call our customer service."

I don't know why it is deactivated and I don't know how to call the customer service! I cannot find any phone number in the website.

How can I understad what went wrong that my account is deactivated?

Spotify doesn't have a phone number that you can call, so you shouldn't have gotten a text from them. Have you tried logging in since you got the message? It sounds more like a troll instead of anything really serious.
