Just to confirm, have you already made sure that the Offline Mode is turned off in your app settings? You can do that by following these steps.

We'd recommend making sure that you're not using a VPN, as these aren't officially supported by Spotify and could cause performance issues.

If the above doesn't do the trick, you could also try reinstalling the app with these steps to see if it makes any difference.
