Hope you don't mind us replying in English; it is the official Community language.
Is this error related to a Duo/Family plan?
If so - try using a LAN internet connection, as it helps Spotify pinpoint the exact address with more accuracy.
Alternatively, you may try removing any numbers from both address lines and then you may give it another go 🙂
