30 Minutes of add free music not working

I have the free version of spotify and for a few weeks now I keep getting adds even when I hit 30 minutes of add free music. I have made sure Im not hitting the no thanks button and it does not matter if I actually watch the videos or play them in the background. Heres a 30 min breakdown of what happend today. 

3:01 pm cst- Watched the video for 30 minutes free. It was a chrome os add. 

3:13- Got 3 more adds, another chrome os, pronamel toothpaste and the real cost anti-tobacco add. 

3:27 Switched playlists and got 5 more adds, ( chrome os, real cost, microsoft duo, Gillett, and gates goalkeepers report ) 

I have a Samsung galaxy A10e with Android 10.

Sorry to hear that you're receiving more ads than intended. We can report this to the right team, we just need to know the country of your account and the exact version of your Spotify app as well.

In the mean time try logging out everywhere and running a clean reinstall of the app on your device, following the steps described here. This will insure that your account is properly synced with the servers and that there is no corrupted cache.
