I tried to renew my subcription but i can't because it says the 504 error code in android application

Hey there,

Thanks for posting on the Community! We just came across your post, apologies for the late reply.

Just to check, are you able to sign out from the app and log back in again to see if the same error message still appear? Also, does the error appear on any other devices you use Spotify on or when the Web Player?

Could you also check if you're able to log into your account page without any issues? Keep in mind that you're only able to subscribe or change the subscription from Spotify's webpage, and not through the app.

Should the issue persist, could you send a screenshot or video showing how the error message appears for you? Just make sure it doesn't show any personal info. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
