AVH-4100NEX - Can anyone share experiences?

Hi all, 

 

I have a Pioneer AVH-P4400BH receiver unit, which is great for the most part, but the lack of Bluetooth Metadata from Spotify is driving me crazy. It used to work with my AOSP ROM and Galaxy S4, but  ever since I got my Galaxy S6, it no longer works. 

 

Anyways, I've been interested in an Android Auto unit for a while and am wondering if anyone is using Spotify with one. 

 

I also saw the AVH-4200NEX was announced, but it appears to be not much different from the 4100.

I can't offer any help with Android Auto; but I can tell you the metadata transfers just fine to the latest BMW Professional Media system
