After Latest Release Songs Won't Play, spotify crashes

When using the latest release (8.4.9. 249 armV7) on 7/3/17 spotify will not play songs, you click a song and then spotify goes black and goes to main home screen for Android 7 Galaxy S7 Edge

Same problem on a Nexus 6P since last update.

Reports of problems with a beta version should be made in the beta section, not here. If you are not in the beta programme, uninstall spotify and download the latest public release from Play.

I unenrolled in the beta program... And I still am getting beta releases?
