After downloading the songs, are not available offline

I downloaded some songs but when activated offline mode, these songs are no longer available. Sometimes the application stops working when I try to view my playlist. I tried to download these songs several times, are about 20 songs, I checked my internet connection, I checked the availability of space in memory, I'm Premium user, the download icon appeared but when I activated the offline mode, the songs were no longer available. Could help me please?

We'd recommend refreshing the info of your offline devices right here. Then, you can reinstall the app and download the songs for offline listening.
