My Question or Issue

While connected to Active 2 Watch, both in standalone and remote mode the album/active song screen does not update on phone.

Buttons work, slider works(for changing, is not following time), but album image and song name/artist is wrong. Probably stuck at the last song played by the watch.

I have tried reconnecting and restarting the app.

This is still a problem and the ongoing issues link doesn't work for me

Hi there @Swagson,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

If you're still having this issue, we suggest running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, try resetting your watch and unpairing and pairing it again.

We hope this helps. Keep us posted on how it goes.

It doesn't show the album art. It's so frustrating. It shows in the media player, so the album art is right there. Why can't it show it on the Spotify app?

Hi there @Racso4692

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Would you mind sending us some screenshots of what you're seeing on your end so we can take a closer look? Make sure not to send any private info.

Also, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices would come in handy.

Keep us posted.
