Album lädt nicht Die drei ???

My Question or Issue

Hallo,

Sorry dass ich in deutsch schreibe. Ich habe Spotify Familien Premium und habe als einziger das Problem, dass wenn ich auf ein Album der drei ??? gehe, dass es nicht geladen wird. Ich sehe die ganze Zeit einen schwarzen Bildschirm. Am Anfang hat eine neu Installation geholfen, dann konnte ich schnell das Album laden und downloaden und direkt abspielen. Es hat mir dann immer unten angezeigt, dass ich das als letztes gehört habe und ich konnte es abspielen. Das Album hat aber nicht geladen. Wenn ich jetzt drauf gehe sehe ich nur einen schwarzen Bildschirm wie nichts geladen wird. 

Hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

If you can't load a certain album from the artist Die drei ??? you might be experiencing an issue similar to one that we're currently investigating. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.

I feel it's still ongoing. Takes forever and a phone restart to get at least one album downloaded. When will this bug be fixed?
