My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm a new Spotify user, loving it, but there's one thing that's driving me absolutely mad! Playlists are fine, but Albums just won't stay downloaded. I don't see the logic behind this! Whatever I do, I have to download albums again and again, and it's extremely frustrating. Trooubleshooting article didn't help. I only download music on one device, reinstalling the app doesn't fix it too.

Please, I'm desperate, help me fix this, otherwise I'll have to go back to another streaming service.
