My Question or Issue

Its more than a month now since I've last accessed my All Albums page in My Library without any hassle. Whenever I checked on it, it just keeps showing me a green circle. This is so inconvenient for me because I like downloading my songs by saved albums. I already reinstalled the app many times now but the issue is still present.

Please fix this quick. Sayang yung bayad ko.
