My Question or Issue
I’m experiencing the same issue described in the previous topic marked as solved: upon logging in, every playlist is empty, and I can’t play a single song, even though everything works fine in the browser. I’ve tried the proposed fixes (logging out and back in, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and app data), but none of these steps resolve the problem for me or several other users who have reported the same All playlists are empty .

New account works fine, only "old one" not working since version 9.0.48.xxx official and also beta, current version 9.0.54.509 problem persists. 

 

UPDATE (20/6/2025) version 9.0.54.518

The original account works, but the new account stopped working.

The "marked as a solution" was a mistake I made and that I don't know how to undo 😞 It's not solved. I uninstalled everything and the issue persists on my main account. That what bothers me, because in my other account it works perfectly

Hi , a few days ago my Spotify started telling me that I'm abroad but that's a lie, I've never traveled, I changed the password and it worked but since then the songs no longer appear, I changed the password again and it worked for about two days but today when I logged in again the songs no longer appear and I go to an artist that I follow and it appears as if they have no songs, I don't have a VPN, it's weird and I'm not out of town and I haven't been abroad, I already uninstalled the application, reinstalled it, deleted the application data, I don't even have internet, I don't know what to do to not lose my songs

Unbelievable – after the latest update, the old account randomly started working, and now the exact same issue appeared on the new one. Is this a joke? I've removed the new one. I'm curious how long it will last.
