All playlists are empty and I can't play songs

My Question or Issue

I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Spotify told me it wasn't sure which country I was in, after changing my country to the one I was in, it went back to normal.

Hello, I've just had the same issue. All my music has disappeared from my account and logging out/in or updating does not help. Could I please have some assistance with this?

I've already tried reinstalling Spotify like about five times and still showing me the same stuff I try to go on my liked playlist and it shows me not all It says is that "your liked songs will appear here" but no songs are there

And then when I finally managed to find a song I can play I click it and it says that you have discovered a premium feature but there's no premium feature for that.

For me I was in a different country/region for more then 14 days. My country was set to Romania, and I was in Thailand for 15 days. I was able to listen again once I changed my region to Thailand in the "edit profile" section. 

You can talk with am operator about this and they will help you really quickly
