Andriod - Can't rearrange songs in playlist

I have an android phone, I've had premium for 2 months now and I still cant figure out how to rearrange songs in a playlist that I've created.. is this available for android? I've tried everything.

Unfortunately, Spotify hasn't implemented anything like this option, but a lot of users have expressed interest in a way to rearrange playlists. This idea post is under consideration by Spotify, and it would probably be the best place to express support or suggestions about adding this feature.
