[Android][Other] Fix player controls delay

Player controls response with a slight delay on user input.  Delay is between pressing control and actual reaction. It concerns play/pause button and forwarding the song. For example: you press "pause", after about 300-500ms (delay is different every time) song pauses.

And if to this existing delay you add a delay between phone and bluetooth headphones then user experience becomes terrible
