when i use wifi spotify doesnt work but i turn on mobil data spotify works. why my wifi connection doesnt work???

Sounds like an issue with your router. Try rebooting it; if that still didn't work you may need to open some ports manually. Look at the guide linked in my signature which gives details of which ones these are
