Android Spotify keeps asking me to login

I have a Premium account and all was great in the world when listening on my iPhone.

I now have a Google Nexus 4 and every time I try and re-start the app after closing it previously it asks me to login again.

This is infuriating!  It also means that all previously downloaded offline music is no longer there.

Please can anyone advise as this is driving me nuts...

Logging out and back in shouldn't make anything disappear. Are you logging in with facebook and do you have the latest version of the facebook app installed?
