Android, former apple user wants to cancel membership. How?

I want to cancel my membership, but it keeps saying to change it through Apple I.D., and I don't even have an Apple product anymore only an android. What do I do to cancel my payments?

That's not cool. You can still manage your subscriptions with your Apple ID with iTunes. Here's some more information on that by Apple. I'll be here if you run into any troubles.
