Android not able to fulfill all premium features

Just got a family premium today but on my phone ( Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 ) you can't go back to the previous song, can't repeat the same song all the time and can't fast forward for example untill the middle part. So from the premium only the downloading and listening it offline and choose which song you want to listen to works.

Trouble shooting methods:
-Clear data of the app by going to app manager.
-Check for latest updates if any
-login with the account having premium active.

It's a known issue which spotify is looking into. Reinstalling the app following the steps here will fix it.
