Android spotify delaying downloading music offline

My spotify won't download music offline properly and sometimes it delays opening music offline

Could you try restarting your phone to see if that makes any difference for you?
 

If you still experience this, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. Performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here should help solve this.

Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.

If you're using an SD card, it's also a good idea to check it for errors and make sure it's formatted as external storage.
