How am i able to change the colours/theme of my spotify on my phone (samsumg s6) i know its possible as ive seen people who have been able to do it in the past. Can anyone help me out?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

As far as I'm aware, Spotify does not support themes/changing the look. If someone does this they are probably using a 3rd party app.
