App crashes when I press the search button

My Question or Issue

I am a Spotify enthusiastic lover but I am facing a technical issue with my new smartphone: every time I press the search button the app crashes and when I open it again I do have to log in again and every downloaded playlist/song flew away so I have to download them all again
