Help who ever got the same problem as my
My spotify can't open the playlist, everytime i click the playlist or album it just got force close

It's starts when my sdcard is broken, and i save my spotify download in the sdcard
So automatically the app is deleted same as other apps
But when i fix the sdcard, i install the spotify and then the problems appear, i can't open a playlist
The weird thing is it can open if my account was free (not premium)

The things i've do to fix but not fixed is
*reinstall the app
*change account
*delete the download in sdcard
*reboot phone
*clear data and cache spotify
*install app without sdcard

And it's still broken:(

Hey @NolanEllis,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Could you go into your phone's app settings and make sure Battery Optimization is OFF for Spotify, and that the app is granted all Permissions.

If that doesn't change anything, try creating a new free account and check whether that works normally.

Keep us posted.

I have the same problem with the lyrics. It happen when updated. then I create free account and it worked.

So what do I do with my premium account?.

Hey @Natthapon,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

Justo to be clear - have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain.

Also - if you're using an SD card, we recommend removing it before reinstalling the app, just as @NolanEllis mentions they did. On another note - does this happen on other devices as well.

Since this issue is a bit different than the one originally posted, if the steps above don't help resolve it, we'd recommend starting a new thread in the relevant help board and posting all your troubleshooting results there.

Hope this helps. The Community is here for you if you have any questions.
