App keeps crashing on startup

App keeps crashing on startup

Hoping someone can help me out here.

 

For a few days now my Samsung S7 is having difficulty with the app. Anytime I open the app it just pauses on my home screen, doesn't bring anything up, just the grey background and then crashes. Which on Samsung is a little box asking if you want to force quit.

 

Can anyone, or even someone from Spotify, help me out in solving this issue?

 

Its been going on since Sunday night/Monday time. Can get it on my laptop or on other computers, just not on my phone annoyingly. 

 

Things ive tried so far is restarting the phone, re-installing the app, opening it in offline mode and then starting the internet, force quitting it and restarting app, logging out of all spotify accounts through my account e.t.c.

I'm having the same issue and I too have tried all the same steps as listed above.  Spotify on my iPad is running fine and it has all the up to date software.  I am finding no answers online.
