My Question or Issue

Hello. Im having problems with the app, it closes every 10 minutes I need to reopen the app to play the music. I already deleted the cache, I deleted the app and installed again, I allowed the app to access the storage, the camera, the microphone, I allowes everything and the app keeps closing every 10 minutes or so. Is there a problem with the app or with the phone? What can I do about it? Thanks
