My Question or Issue

 I'm having severe problems with this new player. Almost every time I try to seek in the track it will reset to zero and I'll be unable to seek anymore. Also the app will remove the notification causing the app to break when I reenter it. Sometimes when I open the app it will take minutes for any content to load offline or online.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next 🙂

I've restarted and deleted the app many times over. I'm running Android 8.0.0

In this case, could you try removing your registered offline devices following these steps? Also, could you try using a different internet connection if possible to see if that helps?
