Artists/Albums/Playlists wont load

I have a premium account and a Samsung J260-A. Spotify works great on my Windows computer but on my phone, I can only load things once in a blue moon. If I have music paused that I was listening to on my PC, I can hit play and play it, but I can't browse music normally on my phone without eventually getting frozen on a green spinning circle screen.

Have you tried clean reinstalling the Spotify app? If you haven't I would suggest you to do so.

This has not worked for me. Clearing my cache occasionally works but not consistently.
