can You tell us what You are trying to achieve?
There is an official public SDK for Spotify on Android that You can use; you can find it here:
https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/spotify-android-sdk/
Another way on Windows is to use WireShark software to listen to all network traffic and filter http packets to the Spotify web site (I do not know if there is something for Android as well).
