Audio quality grayed out for spotify premium under settings

I can't change audio quality settings because they are grayed out, I tried uninstalling/re-installing the app. I cleared the cache as well, nothing works. I am subscribred to premium, using a family account.

Irrelevant options are greyed out if you are playing through a connect. Switch play back to the phone and all options will be available again.

Hello and what does it mean then. I guess its automatic but how do I know which setting is beiing used? Im using DENON avr with spotify support. What quality music am I streaminf to my avr?
