Behind the Lyrics (BTL) is not working

I bought spotify premium yesterday and im trying to see the btl but never appears.. my phone is the Samsung Galaxy j7 (2016) i have the most updated version of spotify and already tried in the most of top 50 of world music. Can anyone help me pls?

I assume the option is turned ON in Preferences. Try with No Doubt's "Just a Girl" or Kylie Minogue's "Can't Get You Out of My Head"

I tried with both songs and nothing happens and yes i have the "Behind the lyrics" activated

Did you clear the cache and files?

Yeah already did this but i did a 4th time and nothing happens again.

Tough one. If you slide the album cover vertically nothing happens either?
