While I love the idea of this service I have also never encountered a piece of software that is such a struggle to use. Each session is a wrestling match -- you select an option and maybe the menu loads. Maybe it times out and you try again. Will it register offline even though it continues to play streaming content? And the recommended solutions? Continously manually clear memory caches or uninstall and reinstall? What other piece of software could continue to be this buggy and still be used? I love the idea of this service. But you aren't creating any content. All you do is provide a platform and that platform's basic system is a frustrating experience.

Came on here to echo this opinion. The general performance issues and unreliable offline mode recently has made my estimation of this software drop dramtically. It's been like this for a while as well. Am seriously considering switching to Google music.
