Blank rectangles instead of icons?

Premium Plan / UK / Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom / Android 11 / Latest App

After latest Android Security Update all icons turned to blank rectangles... All other apps on my phone seems ok. I tried logging out, wiping cache with deleting folder and clean install of the Spotify App. Rebooted my phone after each attempt. Nothing seems to improve this situation.

Any ideas?
