Brand new HTC Desire. Spotify crashes immediately

I had to change from my Samsung Galaxy S2 to a HTC Sensation. Spotify was never installed on this device. It has Android 2.3.4.

When I click the icon, it immediately crashes. I reinstalled it, I restarted the device. Nothing helps!

Please help. We go on a 2 Weeks trip with our camping car and I need music on my device!!!! *ggg

Thanks.

Need help over here! Sensation too.
This started on my phone too after a reset.

Running the app from the Play store or the Preview release?

Can you get in if you put your phone in Airplane mode?

If it's the Play version and you can get in then try clearing the Spotify cache using the option in the setting menu and see if that helps. If not then try deleting the Android/data/com.spotify.mobile.android.ui directory from the SD card - this will wipe all your downloaded playlists though.

Otherwise try a reinstall

Thanks. I found out that the SD Card was broken and thats why it crashed all time. Works well now.
