My Question or Issue

 Hi. I cant open my spotify because the image (attached below) appeared everytime I open the app. I have to uninstall and reinstall then it worked. But few hrs later it did it again. I had uninstall and reinstall for like 100th times and Im getting **bleep** over this matter. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hey @youngmai9, welcome to the Community.

 

Hope you are doing great!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Spotify is aware of the issue and is working on a fix for it.

Just keep your self updated in this thread.

Reinstall the apps

Restart the device

The problem is still happening.
