Can I move around the order of the playlists themselves not the songs within them

I have lots of different playlists and I'm constantly adding more. Problem is, the older playlist get buried under the new playlist and I want certain playlist at the top in a pecking order that is not the same as the "most played" order. How can I truly "custom" the order of the playlists themselves, not the songs within them?

Currently you can only do this via the desktop or web player applications.
