Can not play my downloaded songs

My name is Adrián Torres i purchased my premium account through Sparks, i been having some problems that i wish you can guide me or help me... everytime i downloaded songs on my spotify playlist i am not able to play them on offline mode, its so sad... it just dont paly at all! please help!!!!
