Can't download Songs since yesterday

Hi there! Since yesterday two Android phones (LG G4 with Android 6 + Motorola Z Play with Android 7) are a no go for download music. I try in two WiFi spots+4G. Download starts on first song and then die there. I tried different play lists and all I know (uninstalling, clearing cache...). Writing from Argentina. Thanks!

Looking at @SpotifyStatus, it seems they had some problems which should now be fixed. Can you log out and back in then try to download again?

Thanks Joe ! Finally I fixed it !!

It was my IP, something was bloking it (only Spotify) I reset my cable modem several times until the dynamic IP finally change and voilà !! downloads starts again on the three systems (PC+2 android phones)

maybe this can help others with similar problem...

Can you try resetting your device by holding the Home and Lock buttons together for about ten seconds to see if it helps?'m glad you got it working and thanks for the update 🙂
