My Question or Issue

Everytime i wanna download my playlist of the localfiles the download stops after the half of the songs.

I've been there myself many times in the past, and it's generally been an issue of not having enough storage on my device, have you checked how much you have free yet? That's a pretty common cause of downloads stopping in the middle.

 

Something may be going wrong with your internet connection as well, so make sure you have a stable connection to either wifi or data before starting the download.

 

If neither of those fit you, you might want to check out this FAQ! You might be able to find the cause of your troubles there.

If you're still having troubles after what @eltoch suggested, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstallation of the app making sure you've followed all steps provided this Spotify Answer on your Samsung device.
