Can't download albums for Samsung Galaxy S 4

I'm having trouble downloading certain albums on my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S 4.

I will download it only to find out it did not store in "your music".

I will save it first then I will try to download it only to have no luck.

I'm highly frustrated because I can't listen to the albums I want when I'm in offline mode.

Hi. A few checks: are you premium? Do you have enough free space on your memory? How many offline tracks do you have already?
