Can't launch app in israel

I have Spotify premium in the US and am currently traveling in Israel. The Spotify app wont even open. It highlights when I select it, but nothing happens. I'd prefer not to have to uninstall and reinstall it since I don't have a great internet connection while travelling and I have quite a bit of music saved offline for just this reason. I note that israel isn't listed as a supported country, but I'd be fine if just the saved offline music were to work.

Any thoughts?

Can you let us know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you're rocking? Also, is this happening over WiFi or cellular data?
