Can't listen to downloaded music offline

I recently updated the app and now I can't listen to the music I downloaded when I'm offline and everytime I start the app I have to log in, that didn't happen before! I already tried reinstalling the app but I have the same problems. Please help me 😢

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

In this case, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES. This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
3. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again. 

If that doesn't work, please let us know the Android and Spotify version you're using. We'll check 🙂
